    Thank you for shopping with me! I strive to ensure that every item you purchase meets your expectations. As I am committed to providing you with high-quality hand-printed merchandise, please review my return and refund policy below.

    1. Returns

    - Eligibility: I accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order.
    - Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    - How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact me at [your email address] with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. I will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

    2. Refunds

    - Processing Time: Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
    - Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

    3. Exchanges

    - Policy: I do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow my return process and place a new order for the desired item.

    4. Non-Returnable Items

    - Custom or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged.
    - Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

    5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    - Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt at minnie@minfinite.online. I will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

    Shipping Locations

    I currently ship merchandise Australia-wide. Unfortunately, I do not offer international shipping at this time.

    • Business Days: My business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

    I offer a flat-rate shipping fee across Australia, with the option for express delivery at an additional cost.

    • Standard Shipping:

      • Cost: $10 AUD
    • Express Shipping:
      • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
      • Cost: $20 AUD

    Undeliverable Packages

    If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.
