2. Refunds

- Processing Time: Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. - Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

- Policy: I do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow my return process and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged. - Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Shipping Locations

I currently ship merchandise Australia-wide. Unfortunately, I do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Business Days: My business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

I offer a flat-rate shipping fee across Australia, with the option for express delivery at an additional cost.

• Standard Shipping:

• Express Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days

  • Cost: $20 AUD

Shipping Delays

Undeliverable Packages
