2. Refunds

- Processing Time: Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund within 7 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

4. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged. - Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

I currently ship merchandise Australia-wide. Unfortunately, I do not offer international shipping at this time.
